William "Billy" Joseph Chaisson

It is with profound sadness that we announce the sudden passing of our beloved father, grandfather, brother, uncle and friend on Saturday, June 27, 2026 of William "Billy" Joseph Chaisson, aged 74.

He was the cherished father of Amy(Terry) and Tina(Paul) and a proud grandfather to Madison(Jeremy), Dylan(Charity) and Emily. He will be deeply missed by his sisters, Josie(Mike) and Jeanette(Charlie, his sister in law Rosemarie and many neices and nephews who loved him dearly. He will be missed by his many friends , especially those who spent countless hours around the card table, where his smile, stories and good natured spirit brought joy to so many.

He was predeceased by his brother Bobby, his special friend Stella, his brother in law Herbie, his parents Beatrice and Edward, and step dad Elliot, whose memory remained close to his heart

Our dad was a kind caring and gentle man whose love for his family was unwavering. His quiet strenght, warm heart, and caring nature touched the lives of everyone who knew him. The suddenness of his passing has left a tremendous void in our hearts, but we find comfort in the countless memories we shared with him.

He will be forever loved, deeply missed, and never forgotten by all whose lives he touched.

Resting at the West Prince Funeral Home 522 Thompson Rd,St.Louis

Visitaion will be Wednesday July 1,2026 from 6-9pm.

Funeral to take place Thursday July 2, 2026 at 2:00 pm at Immaculate Conception Church Palmer Rd.

Burial will take place at a later date.
