Wayne J. Gallant

The death occurred at home on Friday September 10, 2021 of John Wayne Gallant of Miminegash aged 68 years.

Beloved husband of Lou Anne Gallant (nee Doucette).

He was born in Alberton on December 20, 1952, the son of the late John and Mary Ann Gallant.

Dear father to Clifford (Crystal), Curtis (Deshia) and Christa (Joel).

Loving grandfather to Kieomi, Trystan, Jordan, Keegan, Ella Grace, Finley, Katie, Olivia, Vincent, Cohen and Claire.

He is survived by brothers and sisters Bernie Gallant (late Lorraine), Bertha Murphy (Gerald), Alyre Gallant (Elsie), Ellen Hayward (Wayne), Jackie Gallant (Miriam), Geraldine Gallant (Bev), Benny Gallant, Ann Love, Gerald Gallant, Eileen Kinch (Blair), Ken Gallant (Val).

He is also survived by brothers and sisters-in-law Jimmie (Faye) Doucette, Connie Gallant, Laurie Doucette, Joe Doucette, Gail (Darrin) Gaudet.

He was predeceased by parents John and Mary Ann, brothers Reggie Gallant (Irene), Louis Gallant (Rita), Mabel (William) Thibodeau as well as Mary, Peter and Elizabeth Gallant, father & Mother-in-law Clifford and Cora, brother-in-law Al, sisters-in-law Nina, Nora & Grace, step-father Gordon.

Resting at West Prince Funeral Home, 522 Thompson Road, Palmer Road. Due to restrictions, visiting hours for family and invited guests only Monday 6 - 9 p.m.. Funeral mass will be held at Immaculate Conception Church, Palmer Road for family and invited guests on Tuesday at 2 p.m.
