Theresa M. Myers

The death occurred at the Western Hospital, Alberton on Tuesday January 5, 2010 of Theresa Myers of Maplewood Manor, Alberton and formerly of Leoville aged 93 years. Wife of the late Emile Myers. She was born in Tignish, on July 3, 1916 daughter of the late Thomas and Dulcina (McIntyre) LeClair.

Dear mother to Ronald (Evelyn) Myers, Pleasant View; Phyllis Myers, Melrose, Mass.; Carmella (Ronald) Franz, Seattle, Washington; Vincent (Frances) Myers, Toronto; Carol Ann (Wally) Stagg, Ottawa and Debbie (George) Marmigas, Halifax, N.S. and a sister-in-law Pauline (Bob) Patton, Stellarton, N.S.

Loving grandmother to 9 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.

She is also survived by sisters Mary (Joe) Gaudet, Maplewood Manor; Marguerite (Earl) Grant, Toronto and Doris Arsenault, Moncton and a brother Norman (Eileen) LeClair, Toronto, brother-in-law Dale Cogswell, Toronto and sisters-in-law Pauline LeClair, St.Stephen and Charlotte LeClair, Toronto.

She was predeceased by her husband Emile, son Oswald, brothers Frances and Edgar and a sister Gloria.

Resting at the West Prince Funeral Home, Palmer Road for visiting hours Thursday 2 - 4 and 7 - 9 pm and Friday from 9:30 - 10:30 am.

Funeral will be held Friday at the Immaculate Conception Church, Palmer Road with funeral mass at 11 am.

Memorial donations to the Maplewood Manor Social Fund would be greatly appreciated.

Palmer Road CWL will hold a prayer service Thursday afternoon at 3:45 pm at the funeral home.
