Theresa M. Handrahan

The death occurred suddenly at Jude Point, Tignish on Monday October 31, 2016 of Theresa M. Handrahan of Jude Point aged 74 years.

Beloved wife of Roy P. Handrahan and loving mother to Robert Handrahan.

She was born in Palmer Road on December 12, 1941, the daughter of the late Amie and Rita (Perry) Arsenault.

Dear sister to Lillian (Junior) DesRoches, Greenmount; Eileen (late Ralph) Reid, Hamilton, On.; Stephen (Eleanor) Arsenault, Leoville; Ivan (Linda) Arsenault, Anglo and Gerard Arsenault (Eileen), Tignish.

She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

She is also survived by brothers and sisters-in-law Irma (Richard) Fleming, Eleanor (late Edgar) Brennan, Patrick (Irene) Handrahan, Hughie (Vickie) Handrahan, Mary (Elmer) Perry, Alfred (Teresa) Handrahan, Eileen (Bradley) Kinch, Bonnie (Barry) Fraser and Floyd (Pamela) Handrahan.

She was predeceased by parents Amie and Rita, brothers Robert and Melvin, sister Annabelle, sister-in-law Marlene, father & mother-in-law Alfred and Emily Handrahan, brothers-in-law Stephen and Austin.

Resting at the West Prince Funeral Home, 522 Thompson Road, Palmer Road for visiting hours Wednesday 2-4 & 7-9 PM.

Funeral will be held Thursday November 3, 2016 at St. Simon & St. Jude Church, Tignish with funeral mass at 10:30 AM. Rev. Brendan Gallant, celebrant.

Memorial donations to St, Simon & St. Jude Cemetery Fund would be greatly appreciated.

Interment will take place later in the church cemetery.
