The death occurred peacefully at the Community Hospital O'Leary of Philip Arthur Coulter of Pleasant View aged 75years. Beloved husband of Judy Dianne Coulter(Gallant). Born in Cabri,Saskatchewan to the late Ernest and Marion(Roe) Coulter.

Proud father of Daniel, Rebecca, Christopher and Alex Coulter.

Proud grandfather to Nathaniel Coulter.

Survived by Brothers and Sisters, Keith(Bonnie), Lynn(Ken)Bose, Kimberly(Alan)Bose and Steven(Siobhan)

Predeceased by his parents Ernest and Marion Coulter, and brothers Barry and Alan.

Resting at the West Prince Funeral home, 522 Thomson Rd. No visitation by personal request.

A service will be held at the West Prince Funeral Home on June 8th, 2023.at 2pm.
