Peter Ellsworth

The death occurred suddenly at home in Ascenion on Tuesday June 5, 2007 of Peter Ellsworth aged 59 years. He was born in Pleasant View on July 25, 1947 the son of Louis and Florence (Shea) Ellsworth. He survived by Ethel (nee Gavin) Ellsworth, Tignish and daughters Tammy (Willard) Gallant, Ascension; Cindy Ellsworth, Summerside and Cheryl (Duane) Arsenault, Harper Road. Brother to Lloyd (Lorraine) Ayerscliffe, Que.; Kevin (Sharon), Summerside, Irene (Stephen) Callaghan, Ascension and a sister-in-law Rosie Ellsworth, NWT. Loving grandfather to Mariah, Paige and Lucas Gallant, Dominic, Benjamin and Heidi Arsenault. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents Louis and Florence, sister Frances in infancy, niece Missy Ellsworth, brothers-in-law Lloyd Gavin and James Myatt, sister-in-law Joanie Gavin. Resting at the West Prince Funeral Home, Palmer Road for visiting hours Friday 2-4 & 7-9 pm and Saturday from 1:30-2:30 pm. Funeral will be held at the Immaculate Conception Church, Palmer Road at 3 pm. Interment in the church cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Fr. Ellsworth Scholarship Fund would be greatly appreciated.
