Patrick "Roy" Gallant

Peacefully at the Prince County Hospital on Friday October 15, 2021, surrounded by his loving family, of Roy Gallant, Kensington aged 79 years.

Beloved husband of Lorraine Gallant (nee Gallant).

He was born in Saint John, N.B. on April 2, 1942, the son of the late Hubert and Isabella (Arsenault) Gallant.

Dear father to Simonne LaRonde, Almonte, ON and Jason (Kerry) Gallant, Anmore, BC.

Loving grandpa to Alex and Anna LaRonde.

He is also survived by brother-in-law Freddie Gallant, Charlottetown, sisters-in-law Ann Marie (Barry) Matthews, Summerside and Theresa (John) Doucette, North Granville, PEI and many nieces and nephews.

He was predeceased by parents Hubert and Isabella, brother Hubert Junior (1960), parents-in-law Edmund and Anna (Chaisson) Gallant, brothers-in-law Johnny, Stephen, Victor, sister-in-law Irma Collicutt.

Resting at the West Prince Funeral Home, 522 Thompson Road. Private visitation for family and invited guests Tuesday 1:30 – 2:30. Proof of vaccination & Id are required.

Private funeral mass for family and invited guests will be held at Immaculate Conception Church, Palmer Road Tuesday October 19, 2021 at 3 PM.

Memorial donations to Immaculate Conception Cemetery Fund would be greatly appreciated.

Interment in the church cemetery.
