Melvina Arsenault

The death occurred peacefully at the Prince County Hospital on Wednesday April 10,2024 of Melvina Arsenault of Tignish Seniors Home and formally St.Edwards aged 98 years.

Melvina was the daughter of the late Joseph and Matilda (Shoup) Doucette of St.Edwards. and the wife of the late Arthur Arsenault

Left to mourn is her son Jimmy Arsenault of Ottawa. She is also lovingly remembered by her sister Leta Gallien and numerous nieces and nephews.

Pre-deceased by her parents Joseph and Matilda, her husband Arthur, and by brothers Philip, George and Nelson.

Melvina worked for many years at Tignish Fisheries and will be missed by her many friends made at the Seniors home and also Bingo buddies and her card playing friends. She loved music and was always happy when she was listening.

Resting at the West Prince Funeral Home, 522 Thompson Rd. Any visitation will be announced at a later date.

Funeral will take place on May 11, 2024 at 10:30 am at Immaculate Conception Church Palmer Rd
