The death occurred suddenly at Christopher Cross on Tuesday June 14, 2016 of Melvin J. Gallant of Christopher Cross aged 51 years. Beloved husband of Wanita Gallant nee Perry.
He was born in Alberton on February 25, 1965, the son of Fred and Audrey (McHugh) Gallant of Christopher Cross.
Loving father to Santana and Bryanna Gallant at home.
Dear brother to Dougie Gallant, Halifax, N.S; Tammy Gallant, Sea Cow Pond; Barry Gallant, Christopher Cross; Shawn Gallant, Halifax, N.S and Robert Gallant, Christopher Cross as well as numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
Resting at the West Prince Funeral Home, 522 Thompson Road, Palmer Road for visiting hours Friday 2-4 & 7-9 P.M.
Funeral will be held Saturday June 18, 2016 at St. Simon & St. Jude Church, Tignish with funeral mass at 3 P.M. Celebrant Rev. Brendan Gallant.
Memorial donations towards funeral expenses would be greatly appreciated.
