Marguerite Richard

The death occurred at the Western Hospital, Alberton on Sunday, November 5, 2006 of Marguerite Richard of St. Peter & St. Paul aged 94 years. Beloved wife of Henry Richard. Born October 31, 1912 she was the last member of the family of Philias and Marguerite (Gauthier) Doucette. Dear mother of James (Audrey) Doucette, St. Felix, Gerard (Bonita) Doucette, Scarborough, Ont. and Doris Doucette at home, foster sisters Theresa Craig and Martha MacKinnon. Loving grandmother to 6 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her parents Philias and Marguerite, brothers and sisters Emile, Alyre, Alma, Clarice, Mary, Delima, Clovis and Edward and foster brother Vincent Gauthier. Resting at the West Prince Funeral Home, Palmer Road for visiting hours Monday 7-9 pm and Tuesday 2-4 & 7-9 pm. Funeral will be held Wednesday at St. Simon & St. Jude Church, Tignish time to be announced. In lieu of flowers memorial donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be greatly appreciated.
