The death occurred peacefully at the Tignish Seniors Home Care Cooperative, on August 24, 2022, of Margaret Ann Gallant. Daughter of the late John and Ida McKinnon of Boston Mass.
Loving mother to Donna Harper, Joan (Christian)Gallant, Carolyn (Tom)Robinson and Audrey Gallant.
Cherished grandmother to Jessica (Wesley), Amanda, Julianne, Nick, Christie, Joseph, Katie, Steven, Jacquelyn, Austin and Aaron. Great grandmother to Emily, Charlotte, Charlie, Emily and George.
She was survived by brothers and sisters Ruby (late Frank) Leeber, Randolf Mass. Russell (Doris) McKinnon, Bonita Springs, FL. Kenny (Marie) McKinnon, Clermont, FL.
Predeceased by parents John and Ida McKinnon and brothers John, Joe and Frank, sisters Jeanette and Catherine and great grand daughter Anna.
Resting at West Prince Funeral Home, 522 Thompson Road, Palmer Road. Viewing hours Friday, August 26, 7-9.
Funeral will be held Saturday, August 27, 2022, at St. Simon and St. Jude Church Tignish, with funeral mass at 10:30 am. Celebrant Rev. John Molina.
Interment in the church cemetery.
