Leo E. Monaghan

The death occurred at the Community Hospital, O'Leary on Monday January 21, 2008 of Leo E. Monaghan of Christopher Cross aged 73 years. Beloved husband of Ethel Monaghan nee Keough. He was born in Charlottetown on March 18, 1934, to the late James and Dorothy (Smith) Monaghan. Dear father of Stephen, Calgary, Alberta; Sherry, Halifax, N.S.; Patrick, Calgary, Alberta; Kelly (Lyn), Vancouver, B.C. and Sharon (Pat) Shea, Riverview, N.B. Loving grandfather to Jamie, Philip, Shane, Connor, Brae-Ann, Caileigh, Stuart, Kyle, Andrew, Caitlyn, Amanda, Maria, David and Leo and great grandfather to Shayla and Riley. Resting at the West Prince Funeral Home, Palmer Road for family viewing Tuesday 2-4 pm and for family and friends from 7-9 pm. Funeral will be held Wednesday at St. Simon & St. Jude Church, Tignish at 1 pm. Cremation to follow. Memorial donations to the St. Simon & St. Jude Parish Fund or Community Hospital Equipment Fund would be greatly appreciated.
