Joseph James Aylward

The death occurred at the Beach Grove Home, Charlottetown on Saturday May 28,2005,of Joseph Aylward of Ascension, aged 79 years. Beloved husband of Erma Aylward(nee Deagle). Son of the late James and Alice (Gallant)Aylward. Dear father of Darlene(Blaine)McCormick,Charlottetown;Susan(Kevin)Gordon,Alma;Karen Aylward, Charlottetown; Christine(George)MacNeill,Alma; Molly(Robbie)Arsenault, Hunter River and Jamie(Darlene) Ascension. Loving grandfather of 15 grandchildren and one great-grandchild. Brother of Priscilla Broome, Foxley River and Evelyn(Nelson) Parisean, Toronto. Besides his parents, he was predeceased by brothers Alton, Ira, Gerald, Alvin and Eddie, and sisters Mary, Annie and Thelma. Funeral was held Tuesday May 31, 2005 at St. Simon and St. Jude Church,Tignish at 3p.m.Memorial donations were to the Alzheimer Society.
