Peacefully at the Western Hospital, Alberton on Saturday June 4, 2005 of Joan Doucette of Pleasant View aged 64 years. Beloved wife of Fred Doucette.

Daughter of the late Joseph E. and Veronica (Bernard) Gallant.

Dear mother of Carl(Heather), Pleasant View, Carolyn Doucette, Pleasant View, Derek, San Diego, Calif. Denise (Wade) Robinson, Searletown and Monique Doucette, Pleasant View.

Loving grandmother of Matthew, Natasha and Lynn Doucette, Santana and Mariah Wedge, Madelyn Doucette and Julie Robinson.

Sister of Austin (Marcie) Gallant, Trenton, Ontario; Louis (Connie) Gallant, Nail Pond; Bernice (Danny) Christopher, Nail Pond; Vince of Blaine, Washington State and Lawrence (Benilda) Gallant, Richmond, B.C.

Sister-in-law of Edna (Andrew) Jones, Larry (Deloris) Doucette, Evelyn (Ronald) Myers, Arthur (Ada) Doucette, Melvin (Julia) Doucette all of Pleasant View, Wilfred (Eileen) Doucette, Tignish and Lucille (Francis) Richard, St. Louis.

Besides her parents she was predeceased by a son Louis, a brother Francis in 2003, brother Billy and sister Doris in infancy and her in-laws Meddie and Lucy Doucette.

Resting at the West Prince Funeral Home, Palmer Road for visitation Monday 2-4 & 7-9 pm. and Tuesday 2-3:30 pm. Funeral Tuesday with funeral mass at Immaculate Conception Church, Palmer Road at 4:00 pm.
