Peacefully at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Charlottetown on Saturday December 6, 2014 with her daughter holding her hand of Greta C. Thibodeau of Charlottetown and formerly of Miminegash aged 92 years.
Wife of the late Henry Thibodeau.
She was born in Ebbsfleet on August 14, 1922, the daughter of the late Edmond and Julia (Wedge) Doucette.
She is survived by her loving daughter Anne Thibodeau of Charlottetown.
Sister to Patrick (Jean) Doucette, Summerside, Carl (Gladys) Doucette, Miminegash, Winston (Thelma) Doucette, O’Leary and sister-in-law to Eleanor Doucette, Alberton, Melvin Gallant, Alberton and Basil Chaisson, Tignish.
She was predeceased by her parents Edmond and Julia, sisters Elva, Bernetta, brothers Aneas, Ralph, Alfred, Melvin, twin brothers in infancy and an infant sister Alfreda.
Resting at the West Prince Funeral Home, 522 Thompson Road, Palmer Road. No visiting hours by personal request. Funeral mass will be held Monday Dec. 8, 2014 at the Immaculate Conception Church, Palmer Road at 2 p.m.
Interment in the church cemetery.
