Goldie M. Morgan

The death occurred peacefully surrounded by family at the Margaret Stewart Ellis Home, O’Leary on Saturday August 23, 2014 of Goldie Morgan of Miminegash aged 73 years.

Wife of the late Bobby Morgan.

She was born in Miminegash on August 2, 1941, the daughter of the late Andrew and Winifred (Thibodeau) Gallant.

Dear mother of Gail (John) A’Hearn, St. Roch and Robbie Morgan, Alberton and loving grandmother to Nathan & Nicholas A’Hearn.

She is survived by brothers and sisters Joyce (late Joe) Wedge; Joan (late Louis) Doucette; Ruth (late George) Gaudet; Alfred (Kay) Gallant and Terry (late Joanne) Gallant all of Miminegash; Janet (Clifford) Perry, St Edward, Dot Gallant, St. Louis and sister-in-law Cora (late Gordon) Gallant, brother-in-law Jimmy Morgan, New Hampshire, USA.

She was predeceased by her parents Andrew and Winifred , mother and father- in-law Jim & Eva Morgan.

Resting at the West Prince Funeral Home, 522 Thompson Road, Palmer Road for visiting hours Monday 3-5 & 7-9 p.m. and Tuesday from 1:30-2:30 p.m.

Funeral will be held Tuesday at the Immaculate Conception Church, Palmer Road where funeral mass will be celebrated by Rev. Albin Arsenault at 3 p.m.

Interment in the church cemetery.

Memorial donations to the Immaculate Conception Building and Repair Fund or Cemetery Fund would be greatly appreciated.
