George R. McAlduff

The death occurred suddenly at home on Monday November 16, 2015 of George McAlduff, Waterford aged 87 years.

Beloved husband of Genevieve (nee Cormier) McAlduff.

He was born in Waterford on February 3, 1928, the son of the late George and Ella (Shea) McAlduff.

Dear father to Malcolm (Arlene) McAlduff, Thompson Road, Derek (Rose) McAlduff, Truro, N.S., Angela (Mike) Duffy, Pictou, N.S. and Lucine (Allan) Knight, Summerside.

Loving grandfather to Dylan, Katie and Allie McAlduff, Billy and Emily MacLean, Dhani McAlduff, Joscelyn and Ryan Duffy, great grandfather to Brooklyn and Brixton McAlduff.

He is survived by brother Edward (Priscella) McAlduff, Summerside.

He was predeceased by parents George and Ella, son Ricky, brother Lester and sister Rita.

Resting at the West Prince Funeral Home, 522 Thompson Road, Palmer Road for visiting hours Wednesday 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. and Thursday 1-2:30 p.m.

Funeral will be held Thursday November 19, 2015 at the Immaculate Conception Church, Palmer Road with funeral mass at 3 p.m.

Memorial donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or Lung Association would be greatly appreciated.

Palmer Road Knights of Columbus Council # 8966 will hold a prayer service Wednesday evening at 6:45 p.m. at the funeral home.

Interment in the church cemetery.
