Eva M. Allain

The death occurred peacefully at the Prince County Hospital, Summerside on Tuesday March 28, 2023 of Eva M. Allain, Tignish Senior Home Care and formerly of St. Raphael aged 88 years.

Beloved wife of the late Elmer Allain.

She was born in St. Edward on March 17, 1935, the daughter of the late Eddie and Emeline Perry.

Loving mother to Debbie (Michel) Arsenault, St. Raphael, PE. Cherished grandmother to Rachelle Smith (Michael), Brian Arsenault and great grandmother to Charlotte and Penny.

She is survived by brother Herby Perry (Dot), Alberton, brothers and sisters-in-law Isadore Bernard, Exzelia Lavoie (late Armand), Doris Gallant (late Harold), Mary (Edward) Blanchard all of St. Edward.

She was predeceased by parents Eddie and Emeline, daughter Darlene, sons Joey and David in infancy, sisters in infancy Julia, Lucy, brothers Raymond (Thelma), George (Olive), Johnny (Betty), Wilfred, mother and father-in-law Frank and Veronica Allain, sisters-in-law Alice (George) and Thelma Bernard.

Resting at West Prince Funeral Home, 522 Thompson Road for visiting hours Friday 9:00 am – 10:45 am. Funeral mass following at Immaculate Conception Church, Palmer Road at 11:00 am.

Memorial donations to Tignish Senior Home Care Co-op would be greatly appreciated.

Interment will take place at a later date in the church cemetery.
