Eric J. Carragher

The death occurred peacefully at the Palliative Care Unit of the Western Hospital Alberton on Wednesday, March 21, 2007 of Eric J. Carragher of DeBlois aged 59 years beloved husband of Connie nee Arsenault Carragher. He was born in Miminegash on May 6, 1947 to his parents the late Jack and Caroline (Keough) Carragher.Dear father of Joey (Lisa), Tignish; Troy (Karen), Charlottetown; Noel , Bailey and Jennah at home. He is also survived by the following brothers and sisters Alton/ Buddy, Miminegash, Shirley Murphy, St. Lawrence; David (Janet), Miminegash; Marcel (Stella), Miminegash; Roger (Violet). Miminegash; Wilma (Percy) Morrissey, Tignish; Carmen (Philip) Allain, Miminegash; Anna (Arthur) Doucette, St. Louis; Nellie (Don) Chaisson, St. Edward; Faye (Jimmy) Doucette, Miminegash and Ricky (Eileen), DeBlois. Loving grandfather to Hailey, Candice, Jane, Jordon, Emma, Ethan and Jillian. He was predeceased by his parents Jack and Caroline, brother Jackie and sisters Audrey, Helen and Christine in infancy, brothers-in-law Leonard McCabe, Earl Murphy and a sister-in-law Marie Carragher. Resting at the West Prince Funeral Home, Palmer Road for visiting hours Thursday 2-4 & 7-9 pm and Friday from 9 - 10 am. Funeral will be held Friday at the Immaculate Conception Church, Palmer Road at 10:30 am. Memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be greatly appreciated.
