Elizabeth Anne Gallant

The death occurred peacefully, surrounded by family, at the Tignish Seniors Long Term Care Unit on Sunday May 31, 2026, of Elizabeth "Betty" Anne Gallant formally of Miminegash. Aged 81. She was the daughter of the late Edmund and Agnes (Thibodeau) Gallant.

Lovingly remembered by her partner Melvin Hayward,and her

children,Karen,Kevin(Carol),Sheila(Brian)Tremblay,and Cory(Nancy).

She will be remembered by her grandchildren, Cody, Dylan, Shae-Lynn, Kassidy, Taylor, Travis, and Lucas. Also two great-grandchildren, Charlie and Natalie.

Survived by her siblings, Marie(Gerald) Donaher, Stevie(Cathy), Josie(Jerry) Jeffery, and Wayne.

Survived by brothers and sisters-in-law George (Velda), Mary(Don), Phillip (Stella), Gladys(Mike),and Ronnie(late Lorna)

Betty was pre-deceased by a daughter, Brenda Lee, in infancy, her parents, Edmund and Agnes(Thibodeau) Gallant , husband Freddie Gallant,in-laws Anthony and Mae, sister Jean and Melvin Allain, brothers and sisters-in-law Kathleen (Joseph), Elaine (Ray), Myrtle(Hanson), Wilbert (Edna), Harvey (Leona), Judy and Robert sister-in-law Gaytane Gallant and brother-in-law Art Richard.

She will also be remembered by numerous neices, nephews and extended family.

Entrusted to West Prince Funeral Home, 522 Thompson Rd, There will be no visitation by personal request.

Funeral mass will be held on Thursday June 4th 4:00 pm at Immaculate Conception Church , Palmer Rd,
