Elizabeth Ann Handrahan

The death occurred peacefully at the Comunity Hospital, O'Leary, surounded by her loving family, on July 26,2026 of Elizabeth Ann "Betty Ann" Handrahan of Harper Rd.aged 73. Betty Ann was the daughter of the late Cyrus and Alfreda(Doucette) Bernard.

She will be forever loved and missed by her Husband Roy, and sons, Tommy(Mavis) and Allan(Wendy) along with her grandchildren, Anna(Alex), Thomas, Tanner(Amber), Bronté(Liam) ,and Quaid, and great grandchildren Walker, Poppy, Ella and Austin.

Lovingly remembered by her siblings, Cyrus jr(Carol), Nancy(Bob) and Wanda Clark, as well as her inlaws Charlene, Gary, Ann(Stevie) and Gail(Nelson) with numerous neices and nephews and extended family.

Betty Ann was predeceased by her parents Cyrus and Alfreda(Doucette) Bernard and brothers Leroy, David, and Norman, as well as her inlaws Gerald and Norma(Poirier) Handrahan and sisters in law, Virginia, Caroline and Paula.

Betty Ann worked at the Tignish Seniors home for over twenty years where she absolutely loved to be, she always had a smile for everyone whether she was at work or not.

Resting at the West Prince Funeral Home, 522 Thompson Rd.

There will be no visitation by personal request.

Funeral will take place Friday July 31,2026 at 11:00 am at Immaculate Conception Church , Palmer Rd.

Interment in the Immaculate Conception Cemetery following the funeral Mass. The Officiant is Fr.Praveen .
