Edith (Ada) M. Arsenault

The death occurred at the Prince Edward Home, Charlottetown on Saturday March 30, 2013 of Edith (Ada) Arsenault formerly of Palmer Road aged 72 years.

Beloved wife of the late Alvin Arsenault.

She was born in DeBlois on February 18, 1941, the daughter of the late Joseph and Grace (Handrahan) Doucette.

Dear mother to Darlene (friend Claudia), Labrador; Grace (Joanne), Johnston River; Faye (Dale) Gaudet, Tignish; Rachael, Charlottetown; Pam (Lloyd) Bernard, Drayton Valley, Alberta; Dawn (Kenny) Collicutt, O’Leary; Al (Candice), Charlottetown, Jason, Charlottetown and Ashley (Ross), Calgary.

She is also survived by a brother Abby (Donna) Doucette, Ontario and a sister Nellie, Moncton as well as 16 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.

She was predeceased by her parents Joseph and Grace, husband Alvin, brothers Pat, Clifford, Ozzie, Chester, Walter and Oswald sisters Theresa, Hilda, Zita, Marjorie and Aldine.

Resting at the West Prince Funeral Home, 522 Thompson Road no visiting hours as a personal request.

Funeral will be held Wednesday April 3, 2013 at the Immaculate Conception Church, Palmer Road where funeral mass will be celebrated at 11 a.m.

Interment will take place at a later date in the church cemetery.
