Dorothy C. MacInnis

The death occurred peacefully at the Provincial Palliative Care Unit, Charlottetown on Friday March 17, 2017 of Dorothy MacInnis, Cornwall aged 67 years.

She was born in Palmer Road on April 22, 1949 , the daughter of Edna Ellsworth nee O’Halloran of Cornwall and the late Joseph I Ellsworth.

Dear mother to Denise MacInnis (Roger Paulin); Karen MacInnis; Mathew MacInnis (Michelle Laver). He is also survived by the father of the children Frank MacInnis.

Loving grandmother to Kyle, Octavius, Tyler, Nova rain, Maverick Joseph MacInnis and Shy and Phoenix Laver.

She is also survived by brothers and sisters Joseph Ellsworth (June); Mark Ellsworth (Audrey); Carl Ellsworth (Beverley); Velda Doucette (Gerard); Marion Noye (Norman); Helen May (Reg); Linda Handrahan (Junior); Gerard Ellsworth (Sylvia); Karen MacMillan (Ron), Shawn Ellsworth (Stacy) and brother-in-law Freddie Bernard.

She was predeceased by her father Joseph, sister Mary, brothers & sisters-in-law Ivan & Bernadette Ellsworth, Francis & Dot Gallant, brother Francis and Carl in infancy.

Resting at the West Prince Funeral Home, 522 Thompson Road, Palmer Road for visiting hours Tuesday from 11 AM - 1 PM.

Funeral will be held Tuesday March 21, 2017 at the Immaculate Conception Church, Palmer Road at 2 PM.

Memorial donations to Provincial Palliative Care Unit would be greatly appreciated.
