Donald Costain

The death occurred at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Charlottetown on Thursday November 8, 2007 of Donald Costain of Charlottetown aged 66 years. Left to mourn his loving wife of 25 years Nadine and children Robert, Wanda, Donald and Margaret, step-children, several grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. He was born December 21, 1940 to his loving parents the late Donald MacLean and Rose Mary (Jones) Costain. He is survived by his brothers and sisters who loved him dearly Lillian (Bernie) Latimer, Barrie, Ont.; Wanda (Dick) Rice, Houston, Texas; Gordon (Agnes) Costain, Ebbsfleet; Wendell (Verna) Costain, Roseville; Phyliss (Cornelius) Pineau, Howlan; Eileen (Robert) Bourne, Barrie, Ont.; Vivian (William) Cree, Barrie, Ont.; Charlene (Earl) Hooey, Port Coquitlan, B.C.; Roma (Gary) Molto, Barrie, Ont.; Orlie (Doreen) Costain, St. Lawrence; Sylvia (Benny) MacPhee, Cardigan; Freda (Cecil) Banks, Summerside; Russell (Sharlene) Costain, Charlottetown; Mary (Ronald) Shea, Waterford; Audrey (Austin) Shea, Miminegash; Noella (Claude) Shea, Ebbsfleet; Cornelius (Patsy) Costain, Charlottetown and Cheryl Stevenson, Charlottetown. He was predeceased by his parents Donald and Rose, wife Jean Hamilton. Resting at the West Prince Funeral Home, Palmer Road for visiting hours Friday 2:30 - 4:30 and 7 - 9 pm Saturday from 9 - 10 am. Funeral will be held Saturday at the Immaculate Conception Church, Palmer Road with funeral mass at 10:30 am. Cremation to follow. In lieu of flowers donations to the Oncology Dept. of the Queen Elizabeth Hospital would be greatly appreciated. The Bloomfield Legion members will hold a remembrance service Friday evening at 6:45 pm at the funeral home.
