The death occurred at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Charlottetown on Thursday December 18, 2008 of Armand Lavoie of St. Edward aged 84 years. Beloved husband of Exzelia (Allain) Lavoie. He was born on Sept. 8, 1924 in Rogersville, N.B. the son of the late Alyre and Delphine (Arsenault) Lavoie. Dear father to Donna Lavoie, Gordon (Mira) Lavoie and Linda (Donnie) Mayne all of Charlottetown. Loving grandfather to Chantal & Julien Lavoie and Elizabeth, Stephanie & Nicholas Mayne. Resting at the West Prince Funeral Home, Palmer Road for visitation Sunday 2 - 5 pm only. Funeral will be held Monday, Dec. 22, 2008 at the Immaculate Conception Church, Palmer Road with funeral mass at 10:30 am. Interment in the church cemetery. Memorial donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be greatly appreciated.
