Andrew Joseph Bernard

The death occurred peacefully at the Palliative Care Unit of Community Hospital O'Leary,surrounded by family, after a long and courageous 8 year battle, of Andrew Joseph Bernard of Tignish, aged 65 years.

Andrew was the son of the late Melvin and Theresa Bernard of Pleasant View.

Lovingly remembered by his wife Donna (Doucette) Bernard , along with sons Coulton (Jasmin), Chris, and Craig (Krista), and grandchildren Molly and Max.

Also by his faithful companion Bear.

Always remembered by his brothers and sisters, Charles (Marie), Elaine (Paul), Marlene (Gerald), Frances (Kevin), Sandra (Chad), Donnie,and Jason (Wendy). Also by numerous neices and nephews and cousins and a large extended family.

Predeceased by his parents Melvin and Theresa Bernard, and a brother Ronnie.

Also by his inlaws, Auldine (Bernard) and Gerard Doucette.

Resting at the West Prince Funeral Home, 522 Palmer Road.

Visitation will be Wednesday August 28th from 7:00 to 9:00 pm

Funeral Service will take place on Thursday August 29th at 4:00 pm at

Immaculate Conception Church, Palmer Road. with Fr. Greg Conway officiating.

Interment to take place Saturday evening at Immaculate Conception Cemetery.
