Albert J. Gaudet

The death occurred at the Western Hospital, Alberton on Saturday January 21, 2006 of Albert J. Gaudet of Leoville aged 66 years. Beloved husband of Stella Gaudet nee Knox. Born in Tignish on July 14, 1939 son of Urban and Catherine (LeClair) Gaudet. Dear father of Carol (Gregg) McCardle of Stratford. Loving grandfather of Kelly and Sheamus McCardle. Brother of Rita (Hector) McInnis, Tignish; Joseph (Janette), Western Road; Irene (Aubin) Gallant, Tignish; Charles (Eva), Leoville; Peter, Tignish and Edward (Marion), Prescott, Ont.. He was predeceased by his parents Urban and Catherine, daughter Kathy, brother J. Henri and a sister-in-law May. Resting at the West Prince Funeral Home, Palmer for visitation Monday 2-4 & 7-9 pm and Tuesday 9:30- 10:30 am. Funeral Tuesday with funeral mass at the Immaculate Conception Church, Palmer Road at 11 am. Memorial donations to the Western Hospital Equipment Fund or the Canadian Cancer Society would be greatly appreciated. Tignish Legion members will hold a memorial service Monday evening at 6:45 pm at the funeral home.
